For an effective treatment of chronic inflammatory and itchy skin diseases in the Innovative Dermatology Center we apply a local and whole body phototherapy, treating also with ultraviolet rays (UVR). Phototherapy – the most effective treatment option for the patients suffering from moderate and severe atopic dermatitis, various types of eczemas, psoriasis of different areas of the body, lichen, pregnant dermatoses, sun allergies, white spot (vitiligo), keratodermias, and ichthyoses. During the initial consultation, for each patient, depending on his/her skin problem, is composed a scheme of individual complex treatment of chronic skin diseases and prevention plan: a relevant type of phototherapy is prescribed, the number of procedures and the intensity is determined.
